Share our signature Vegan Combo Plate (Beyaynetu), a vibrant assortment of Ethiopian vegan wots and vegetable dishes served over a large round of soft, tangy injera. It is the most-loved dish at Enat Restaurant and the perfect way to taste the full range of our plant-based Ethiopian cooking in one plate.
The Vegan Combo Plate, known in Amharic as Beyaynetu, is the heart of Ethiopian communal dining. At Enat Restaurant we bring together a rotating selection of our best plant-based wots and alichas, including spiced red lentils, ground chickpeas, collard greens, cabbage and carrots, all arranged on one shared round of injera.
Every element is cooked the traditional way with berbere, niter kibbeh-style seasoning, onions and aromatic spices, so each scoop offers a different flavour. There is no cutlery needed; you simply tear off a piece of injera and use it to scoop up each stew, making it an interactive, shared meal that is naturally vegan and often gluten-conscious.
